AIRTIGHT DOOR
Compression-type airtight doors are suitable for high leveled biological safety laboratories. They are resistant to corrosion by detergents, solvents, and fungicides and insensitive to chemicals and heat (steam).

DOOR PANEL
The overall door panel has a high density, is non-deformable, waterproof, impact-resistant, and resistant to high pressure as well as to high temperature.
The door panel is made of chemical resistant 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm. The panel is polished (240) and finely processed, flat, smooth, and carved from a single steel plate.
The inner layer of the door panel is a firm, highly dense, and very flat plate with a thickness of 38 mm. It has high sound insulation and does not deform.
The filler consists of unique material. After long-term fatigue testing, there was no damage to 1 million fatigue vibrations. The flat tensile strength is 3.0 Mpa and the peel strength is 40N/m.
DOOR FRAME
The door frame consists of a 304 stainless steel plate with a thickness of 2 mm.
AIRTIGHT SEAL
The airtight seal consists of special silica gel. It adheres to the groove around the door leaf. It is non-flammable, highly resistant to high and low temperatures, corrosion, and UV light. It has good elasticity, high quality, and long service life, which can reach more than 5 years.
VIEWING WINDOW
The circular viewing window consists of double-layered safety glass with a diameter of 400 mm, is embedded in the door panel, flush and complete, as well as fire and compression resistant.
EMERGENCY SWITCH
The airtight door is equipped with an electronically controlled emergency switch. In case of an accident, the door lock can be opened immediately.
CONTROL SYSTEM
In emergencies, the door can be opened manually by an emergency button.
DOOR HARDWARE
It mainly includes adjustable hinges, door-opening buttons, door buckles and handles, electromagnetic locks, and automatic door closer.
FEATURES
Adaptability
The airtight door is corrosion-resistant, waterproof, impact-resistant, and not easily deformable.
High- and low-temperature resistance: the airtight door can withstand temperatures from -40°C to +150°C and, for a while, a high-temperature of +315°C.
The airtight seal consists of special silica gel and is embedded in the door leaf groove to ensure the airtightness between the door frame and the door. The airtight seal is non-flammable, highly resistant to high and low temperatures, corrosion, and UV light. It has good elasticity, high quality, and long service life, which can reach more than 5 years.
The sound insulation rate of the airtight door is 45 decibels.
Airtightness
A pressure of –500 Pa drops to –376 Pa within 200 minutes. That exceeds the standard requirement, which provides for a pressure drop from –500 Pa to –250 Pa within 200 minutes.
