CHEMICAL SHOWER
A chemical shower is an essential and necessary facility in the core area of a high-level bio-safety laboratory (P3/P4) or a pharmaceutical factory. Leaving a highly polluted area includes the risk of contaminating outside areas. The shower disinfects persons wearing protective clothing before leaving high-polluted areas to eliminate this risk.
The chemical shower is a sealed system that operates completely independently. It is designed and constructed according to standards, easy to use, easy to install, and easy to maintain.

Water hand gun (water/medicament) to disinfect and rinse the underarms, crotch, boots, and other dead corners to ensure the completion of all-round disinfection and flushing without dead corners

Chemical dosing system
The dosing system can be customized. The disinfectant, cleaning agent, and sterilant can be automatically added according to a controllable ratio.
Lighting and energy supply system
Lighting and energy supply facilities are placed on the mezzanine inside the shower cabin. There is a maintenance port on the top to facilitate the replacement of lighting facilities.

Breathing air interface
Connected with positive pressure protective clothing and supply of clean air.
Drainage system
The bottom of the box has a removable floor grid. There is a stainless steel sink or tray under the floor to collect wastewater. The wastewater flows out from the bottom port and is discharged to the wastewater treatment system. The drainage pipeline is equipped with an electric valve to prevent water from flowing back.
Emergency shower
In an emergency or any other unexpected incident, the emergency shower handle can be pulled for quick disinfection.

Automatic control system
The disinfection cycle can be changed, selected, and gone through the main touch screen. The man-machine interface is user-friendly. The system operation is fully programmed and automatically controlled, and all operations can be completed without manual intervention.
