TREATMENT SYSTEM
The wastewater treatment system disinfects and sterilizes with high temperature and high pressure the biological wastewater which contains living toxic biological factors. The system is suitable for places where biological wastewater accrues such as in biological safety laboratories.

Filter unit
The column double-layer basket filtration blocks the side water outlet, can effectively remove floating and sinking components, and prevents blockage of the system by solid impurities.
It inactivates the impurities in the basket and the wastewater in the tank at the same time to ensure complete sterilization.
High-temperature inactivation device
The tanks are pressure vessels.
Both the tank body and the head part are heat insulated.
The inactivation temperature of wastewater is adjustable from 90-150℃, jacket heating (steam) or electric heating is integrated, and the inactivation retention time is adjustable.
Gas filter device
The system is equipped with dual high-efficiency filters at the exhaust port and steam port, with a filtration efficiency of ≧99.999% for 0.3 µm particles, waterproof and anti-corrosion, and in situ disinfection through an electric heating jacket. Further, it also has a test system that detects the integrity of the filter, and that can transmit specific values to the control panel to display the filter test results and replacement information.
Detection device
Each tank is equipped with a biological monitoring device to detect the sterilization process in real-time.
Chemical processing system
The system is cleaned regularly, and each tank can be cleaned thoroughly and evenly through the 360° rotating spray ball in each tank. Chemical dosing facilities are mainly composed of storage tanks, pumps, liquid level controllers, pH meters, manual ball valves, and check valves.
Instrument
The equipment consists of temperature sensors, pressure sensors, and liquid level sensors. It monitors and displays the work status of the system in real-time through the control system, and adjusts the opening or closing of related valves in the pipeline according to the liquid level.
Control system
The control system is safe, reliable, stable, fully automatic, and easy to operate.
It controls automatic water intake, heating, and cooling.
It realizes sub-control and overall control and can sterilize up to three tanks at the same time.
The system has a remote communication protocol open interface and has monitoring functions for temperature, pressure, time, etc. during the inactivation process. It can automatically record and store the operating information of the system.
The system sets multiple alarm states and provides different alarms such as sound and light in time according to the fault state. According to different alarm levels, the system can realize automatic shutdown to ensure system safety.
